It looks as if Windows TrueType code page 1252 fonts have vertical
0x22 quote " and 0x27 apostrophe ', mirrored 0x60 grave ` and 0xB4
acute ´, as well as mirrored 0x91-92 single ‘ ’, and 0x93-94 double
quote “ ” pairs.
