Nope. It does define __strtok_r() by #including <libc/stubs.h> (and
strtok.c likewisely calls __strtok_r()).

It shouldn't matter if you stub them and #include <libc/stubs.h>
there.

Hmmm... Perhaps it would be better if I just added strtok_r() to the
same file as strtok() is in? Anyone?

Weird. Are you sure you had added their prototypes to <time.h>?
