Is it possible that I have somehow lost a header? While compiling
the patched texinfo 4.7.91 on Windows XP Home Edition this error
stopped the build.

gcc -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -DLOCALEDIR=\"/dev/env/DJDIR/share/locale\" \
  -DINFODIR=\"/dev/env/DJDIR/info\" \
  -DINFODIR2=\"/dev/env/DJDIR/share/info\" -I. -I. -I.. -I. \
  -I../lib -I../intl -I.. -I. -I/dev/env/DJDIR/include \
  -g -O2 -c echo-area.c
echo-area.c: In function `ea_possible_completions':
echo-area.c:939: error: `intptr_t' undeclared \
  (first use in this function)
echo-area.c:939: error: (Each undeclared identifier \
  is reported only once
echo-area.c:939: error: for each function it appears in.)
echo-area.c:939: error: parse error before \
  "completions_found_index"

Regard,
Frank
