It seems, that defining _environ with PROVIDE in linker script doesn't break 
even when djgpp-2.03 is being used. So it seems to be safe provide both
in source file and in linker script. 

If we don't have _environ defined in libc.a then GCC versions using own copy
of linker script will break. I can put linker script from current CVS of DJGPP 
in next releases og GCC for DJGPP, but it still will break for those who are 
using earlier versions.
