I just applied this to the head; it will be needed for any gcc 3.4
releases (too late for 3.4.0, probably will be ok for 3.4.1).

	* sdbout.c (sdbout_one_type): Use TYPE_VALUES for enums, not
	TYPE_FIELDS.
	(sdbout_finish): Don't free deferred_global_decls; it's GC'd.
