Please do not commit these; they must be reviewed and tested. I plan to add
a full set of complex functions to my library of c99 functions. Also, I will
create corresponding documentation.
I notice that the arguments to atan2() in the carg.c set are in the wrong
order. I will fix this and any other problems that I encounter.
