The v2.04 binary alpha test distribution is missing dxe3gen.exe and dxe3res.exe

These files are listed in distrib/p/djdev204/files in CVS (Richard added 
them in April).

When I run the mkdist.bat procedure in my current CVS tree they are in the 
zip created

Andrew, please check why these files were not added
