Eli,

I didn't spend allot of time on this, but so far I have found the
following:-
1) The sh configure stage needs some missing files
2) The make stage produced what looked like the correct exe's
3) The sh install stage crashed as indicated below

Like yourself I do not have time to spend on this. Hope this helps.
