How about integration of my locale patches? Will they go into C99 compliance? :)They more likely a bit outdated now, but as soon as requested I'll update them in few hours on request.

Also there are some fixes for regexp library, which fixes memory leaking in situations when realloc returns NULL. Unfortunately they are now closely integrated with locale patches, but I can try to split them.
