Rich Dawe:

I find that is still some cleanup work required in the djtst204 archive. I
neglected to add a file called std-v204.results to the program files area in
../cygnus (it contains the latest results to be used for comparison). This
leads me to suspect that the README file probably needs some attention, too.

In the directory ../cygnus/tgen, the file readme.tgn has to be updated to
reflect all the new stuff added to the C++ files.
