Go to http://www.delorie.com/bin/cvsweb.cgi/djgpp/ and follow the
`src' tree from there to the file you want. Then click on the first
version of the file you see on the page. For example, since doprnt.c
is in src/libc/ansi/stdio/, you should point your browser to

  http://www.delorie.com/bin/cvsweb.cgi/djgpp/src/libc/ansi/stdio/doprnt.c

and click on the latest version, the first one displayed there, whose
number is 1.17. The resulting full URL is:

  http://www.delorie.com/bin/cvsweb.cgi/djgpp/src/libc/ansi/stdio/doprnt.c?rev=1.17

If you need a copy of this on your disk, click File->Save As from the
browser.
