No we are not distributing the bin utils docs with djdev. In the 2.04 alpha
1 bin utils binary file there are missing info files. Looks like there are a
number of missing files from the other zips as well, probably caused by the
filenames being manually changed and then the zip was created.

See my other email for where to get the list of missing files.
