You should use your full name, not initials.

If your intention is to allow the user to choose either the copying.dj
(er, COPYING.DJ) terms *or* the LGPL, you've worded it wrong.  Note
that COPYING.DJ already makes it LGPL outside of libc.a anyway, you
might just want to use the same text as all the other files.
