It will probably now do for alpha work.  Operation with debug
level greater than 1 is not properly implemented, nor have I
revised the .txh file yet.  Interim results on:

and if the library contains the malloc.o and malldbg.o components
things should work.  How to work the right things into stdlib.h is
another matter.  Is there any reason why users of the debug
features should not have to #include malldbg.h which automatically
includes sysquery.h?
