Could you please add two .cvsignore files as follows:-

.cvsignore contents (same as src\libc\posix\dirent\.cvsignore):-
*.d
*.oh

Directories to add the .cvsignore to:-
src/djasm
src/libc/posix/ctype


Reason:-
To fix the following when doing a get

? src/djasm/djasm.c
? src/djasm/djasm.d
? src/djasm/makefile.oh
? src/libc/posix/ctype/_tolower.d
? src/libc/posix/ctype/_toupper.d
? src/libc/posix/ctype/makefile.oh
