Presumably you've added a line like this to src/utils/makefile:

    EXTRA_FILES += $(INFO)/djasm.inf

The rule you are looking for is in src/makefile.inc:

$(INFO)/%.inf : %.tex
        makeinfo --no-split $<

Hence you need to rename djasm.txi to djasm.tex or add a rule for making %.inf
from %.txi.
