I downloaded the file and ran the djgpp\config.bat and the configure stage
failed as indicated below.

    DJ204 D:\dj204\gnu\texinfo4.5>cmd.exe /c djgpp\config.bat

    Updating configuration scripts...
    File `configure.orig' created
    No HOME found in the environment, using default value
    Running the ./configure script...

    checking for a BSD-compatible install... /dev/env/DJDIR/bin/ginstall -c
..SNIP..
    config.status: creating makeinfo/Makefile
    config.status: creating makeinfo/tests/Makefile
    config.status: creating po/Makefile.in
    config.status: error: cannot find input file: po/Makefile.in.in
    ./configure script exited abnormally!
