> Why is djasm.txi in src/utils and not in src/stub?

There is no top level utils documentation make - it appears to all be
done from the makefile in src/utils. The utils.tex file includes
djasm.txi

Maybe the file should be moved; does @include work with ../stub/djasm.txi
type syntax?

This is also important to me as I was planning to provide documentation
for some of the missing utilities; in particular dxegen will need
documentation. I had not decided yet if it should live in
src/utils/dxegen.txi and be included by utils.tex, or be in
src/dxe/dxegen.txi (and be included with ../... syntax).

Maybe we need something new like the libc makedoc process for utils?
I'm too lazy to worry about it and was just planning to add more
includes.
