You can download the drafts of the new POSIX standard here:

    http://www.opengroup.com/austin/

When I downloaded them, it was free to access them, after registering.

You can also view the Single Unix Standard v3 online. Unlike v2, you cannot
download a tarball of the HTML pages. You may have to register too, but I gave
up, when I found I couldn't download the standard. I'm guessing that SUSv3 ==
new POSIX.
