That's fine, but other than the .dsm I don't think anything has a
patch level in it (and binaries built with it don't include it, but do
include the build date...)

I'm thinking about something like a checkversions tool may be needed.

libc was identical in the last two djdev's - only include files 
changed.  So it's really libc-2.03-Dec2001
