I found a quirk with shelling out from command.com to cmd.com. I have
changed the command.com enviroment size default to 32000.
I will run another complete build tonight to see if I run out of enviroment
space again.

It looks like something went wrong somewhere in the build and screwed up the
build enviroment and as such grep and sed started to fail. Looks like the
failure occured somewher in the web2c as this is the first instance of where
I got a "command not found" message.

I have tried this and it didn't help. I also tried a manual make and I got
the same results.

I wonder if this is something to do with the shell usage and the enviroment
setup. I will do a complete re-build tonight and see what happens.
