In "Investigated Issues" regarding statfs(), we should add
something like "No fix." to 1. and join the last sentence to 2 as
that is the explanation for the problem on XP.

(FYI, it looks like FreeDOS might actually support the LFN API
sometime in the future (there's already some code for it in the
kernel), so I'm not sure it will be correct to call it the "Windows
'9x LFN API".)

In "Outstanding Issues":

* In "Issues not specific to DJGPP", just what and where should
	we document VDMSound?

* In "Issues not specific to DJGPP 2.04, but could be fixed in
	it":

	* Some links to Andrew's patch regarding fstat() and
inode number and the discussion (if there was any)
similar to the /dev problem would be nice.

	* Stack size. Would a stack size parameter to stubify solve
		this? I might code this.

Right,
