Confirmed directly on clio - I deleted the file since the critical pieces
(such as ld and as) were not extractable.

Andrew, please re-send your current version when you can.

Fixed.  (Andrew, I now own this file but you have group write permissions
so should be able to overwrite or delete/replace).
