All,

I have started to re-build the 2.04 WIP files at clio on my new P4 PC =
and have started to notice that in the configure stage the target =
architecture is i768. I have two qustions on this as follows:-

1) Is this okay/acceptable to put them on Clio for people to download as =
test?=20

2) Has anyone ported a later version of GDB that supports the i768 =
target?=20

The BSD output was:
checking for stdlib.h... (cached) yes
*** BFD does not support target i786-pc-msdosdjgpp.
*** Look in bfd/config.bfd for supported targets.
Configure in c:/dj204/gnu/gdb-5.2/opcodes failed, exiting.

The bfd/config.bfd supported x86 line in GDB 5.2 is:-
i[3456]86)       targ_archs=3Dbfd_i386_arch ;;

I have submitted this to the GDB bug database.

Andris,
I have CC'd you in the hope that you may have started a port of GDB=20

Regards,
Andrew
