Laurynas,

This is the first emacs issue with W2K/XP that I have seen. I don't use
emacs so I have not seen this.

Do the crashes occur when emacs is updateing a block of characters on the
screen? I get crashes in Rhide when I open/close menus, but it is random and
does not occur at the same spot.

What video card do you have? This may be way off mark, but never know.

One test could be to boot into real dos on the same PC and see if it still
crashes occasionally. This would rule out or in the actual hardware,
assuming it could be video related.
