Good W2K.  WinXP probably will work.

Not good.  Not surprised.  Since SFT is Win structure probably fails under
NT even with LFN TSR.  

Since NT 4 is hard to tell from Win2K, either document that NT 4 returns
bad values (ugh) or add code to say if _os_true_version = 0x532 and not
lfn then override it (assuming bad value?) if appears readonly?  dunno
hard call
