If anyone can confirm that we can get the SFT on NT/2k/XP for the standard
handles and some files we've opened (maybe debugging the test program and
library compiled with debug), then that would be great and I'll update the
docs. If not, I'll change the wording as Eli suggests, before I commit the
patch next weekend.
