Good point.  As I said, there are some packages without any info 
docs.  I do not think such packages should be included.  Another 
notable package which has no entry is perl.  It should certainly be 
there (it's a major package, IMHO), but since all perl docs are POD 
format and there are no info docs, how can it be included?
