The spec mentioned above is the Single Unix Specification (SUS), version 3.
Unlike version 2 there is no nice tarball to download. The list of functions
("system interfaces") looks pretty much the same as those in the Austin drafts
- no surprise, really, since SUSv3 = the new version of POSIX. So if you want
a copy you can read offline, you might be better getting the last POSIX draft
(also from the Open Group).
