No, I meant the case where the tarball has "Program Files", and we want 
it to be converted to ProgFiles during extraction, because the target 
filesystem doesn't allow blanks.

No; that's why we need djtar: it _can_ do that with the -n ChangeFile 
option.  Are we miscommunicating?
