No.  That's pure GPL.  It's got similar exceptions as the djgpp
license has, but that doesn't help us.

Unless the changes were taken from a file that was copyright by
someone else, such as BSD, which is compatible.  In that case, though,
we'd still need to update the copyright in our files to indicate that.
