mv is obviously broken if the destination exists; touch is broken setting
times; rm can nuke your disk.  I put fil40b.zip on clio (ftp only right
now) - and I'll update the web page.

Fix or remove ...  By the way, we really need some compatibility 
environment variable (or something) to allow uname in 2.04 to provide
2.03 behavior ...
