I think we should allow more than that.  It's true that any change
can be reverted or fixed later, but I think we should avoid that as
much as possible.  Also, some people might simply have bad feelings
about not being heard.

In other words, this is a psycholigical issue, not a technical one.
So I basically agree with Martin's request.
