True. Currently I enlosed it inside #ifdef __DJGPP__ but I think they
should be used always together with another patch for bits/std_fstream.h
(it's already inside gcc302s2.zip and gcc302s.zip). Patches should 
fix DOS/Windows style text file output

I think some more testing is needed before sending them. I at least should
check how they behaves under Linux (to see whether I have no regressions)
