Yep - soon as it happend, I opened a new prompt and tried again. Same
story.

From 4NT.  Haven't tried under cmd yet, I think.

Nope, no keys exit, had to kill the box (pressing [X] brought up the
'not responding - end now/cancel' dialog).
Didn't check task manager.
