7160 has a flag in CH to return the path on a SUBST letter basis.
So if I change CX from 2 to 8002 I can return the original letter
(this is required because of the way fixpath works).  Definitely
need to test this (worth testing on the W9x long names too...)

Thanks for catching this, the current test code botches it.

No mention in any reference about 7160 cl=2 returning UNC, only 
documentation that 60 does this.
