What other files do you require? If you need them I could add them to the

Unfortunatly in the few days before I went on holidays I found an issue with
Bash 2.05 that I could not fix and could not do any work arround, the only
viable work arround was to go back to 2..04 and hack it until it would
compile and run (hopefully correctly as best it could).
