Mark, it seems that readline.info is not in the Bash distribution.  I
think it should be, since otherwise users won't know how to customize
Readline via _inputrc.

I will try not to forget to put it into the GDB distributions as well
(part of the reason I didn't is that "make install" doesn't install
the Info docs).
