Should we really have 2 identical files bigger than 500K? Currently I left man/gpp.1 out of binary archive

Fixed.

Also patched gcc/config/i386/xm-djgpp.h not to convert md_exec_prefix, so now 'gcc -dumpspecs' doesn't 
expand 
/dev/env/DJDIR/bin for *md_exec_prefix in specs
