That's right: there's no item "Bash" in info/dir that ships with
djdev203.zip.  We do have that entry in the CVS.

The reason for that is that until version 2.03, Bash came with only
man pages, without an Info manual.

You don't have to.  Just run this command, and it will fix the
problem (this is one long line):

   install-info --info-dir=/dev/env/DJDIR/info  --info-file=/dev/env/DJDIR/info/bash.info

Alternatively, you can say "info -f bash", and it will work even
without the entry in info/dir.
