OK, committed.

BTW there seem to be some files listed in the function index:

bash-2.04$ grep '@findex' wc204.txi  | grep '\.c'
@findex spawn*@r{, invoking @file{.com} programs}
@findex fdopen DOT c AT r{, no longer uses _IOAPPEND flag}
@findex fflush DOT c AT r{, no longer uses _IOAPPEND flag}
@findex flsbuf DOT c AT r{, no longer uses _IOAPPEND flag}
@findex fopen DOT c AT r{, no longer uses _IOAPPEND flag}
@findex freopen DOT c AT r{, no longer uses _IOAPPEND flag}

Wouldn't these be better off in the concept index or actually listed as
functions?

Thanks, bye, Rich =]
