This problem doesn't happen any more with current version.

I once more verified preprocessed source I added to bug report
(running my build of DJGPP port of gcc-3.0 release under DOSEMU
1.1.1) and was not able to reproduce the problem (I'm no more
patched gcc/sdbout.c to workaround it as I did earlier)
