One could say "go to http://www.simtel.net/pub/djgpp/ and get v2/djdev203.zip"

I'll ask simtel if they can hack the URLs to allow shorter ones.

Nope.  They're stuck, they shouldn't be using those old IPs anyway.
It's been "fixed" on the simtel end for a while now.  We'd have to
track down the individual site maintainers and get them to fix their
ends.
