Here's what I'm going to do:

* When referring to a specific mirror, by all means refer to that
  mirror directly.

* When referring to a single file, use the www.simtel.net urls (start
  at www.simtel.net and navigate, they're only two clicks away).  For example,
  http://www.simtel.net/gnudlpage.php?product=/gnu/djgpp/v2/djdev203.zip&name=djdev203.zip
  This brings you to a list of mirrors, with each link linking to that
  specific file on that mirror.  Pretty handy.

* When referring to the djgpp collection in general, refer to
  http://www.simtel.net/

The zip picker won't change.  I think I can't change it and still have
it be as convenient as it is.

I would keep the full list there, but replace ftp.simtel.net at the
top with www.simtel.net.  Note; it's not a set of machines any more,
it's down to one, but if you go through the www.simtel.net site they
link to all the mirrors anyway.
