Same here (well, for me it's e:/djgpp, but you get the idea).
I did notice another problem though.
If I type c:/Progra<tab>, I get c:/Program Files/, which can no longer be
completed (due to the space).  IIRC, bash on Linux adds a \ before spaces
in completion, fixing this, but in the DJGPP port of bash adding a \ or
surrounding in quotes does not help (both are dropped when TAB is next
pressed).  It only seems to happen with directories containing a drivespec;
files and directories without drivespec get a \ upon completion.
