Maybe, if You give DOSEMU direct access to DOS partition. I prefer
mounting it as VFAT and using lredir. I'm afraid such TSR will not work in
similar environment. It's more likely it's possible to modify DOSEMU
to add LFN API (but I don't know exactly)
