Well, the file itself is only one click away from the CVS log page, but
if you want the whole CVS tree, then it's certainly not convenient to
download it one file at a time.  Having a tarball of CVS doesn't
actually sound like a bad idea to me.

BTW, the "See what's inside the zip files" links like

http://www.delorie.com/djgpp/dl/ofc/simtel/v2/djlsr203.zip/

are not working.
