Sounds like one of those AV banner ads ;-) Quick answers to wit, no, yes,
and yes. InoculateIT, IIRC, _was_ the last binary exec that I downloaded
from the Internet. All the other stuff I download are sources for DJGPP
programs and Linux stuff -- all source code. I prefer to compile things
myself. I never explicitly open email attachments. Although I test
software, I test only stuff with sources.

I would assume that your InoculateIT is the same version as mine, that
would be good then so this thing can be confirmed. Please cc to
