Ok, I'm thoroughly confused now about what `install' will and will not do.
I use something like this in makefiles:

	$(INSTALL) foo/bar$(EXE) elsewhere/bar$(EXE)

where $(EXE) is `.exe' if `make' runs on my DJGPP box, and is null
otherwise. Is `install' now going to make this decision for me?
