Possible. Linux detects Joliet extensions, though:

Jan 18 21:33:25 kant kernel: Max size:70652   Log zone size:2048
Jan 18 21:33:25 kant kernel: First datazone:25   Root inode number 51200
Jan 18 21:33:25 kant kernel: ISO9660 Extensions: Microsoft Joliet Level 1

But we don't know if those are part of the Linux count anyway (unless
somebody examines the source - not me, right now).
